Heee! Fuzzy hair.

I am deeply amused. I've discovered this great hair thingy (that's a technical term for "things which keep long hair out of my face and off of my neck" because I like how long hair looks but I hate fussing with it) called a "hairagami". It's essentially a really long snap bracelet sort of thing - the things that snap out straight and then curl up in a circle if you whack them against something. So you sandwich the ends of you hair in it and roll it up and then click it into a nice, neat ball at the nape of your neck and viola! A far more perfect, sleek and smooth chignon bun than I could ever actually accomplish by myself with bobby pins.

That's the nifty part. The amusing part is what happens to my otherwise relentlessly partially asian straight hair if you do the above procedure when it's still slightly damp from washing. And then let it DRY like that, and take it out several hours later.
